“Working with AKA was a very easy and enjoyable experience. They are thorough in their planning and have excellent attention to detail as architects and designers, as well as a strong vision for interesting and unique buildings. In their role as Contract Administrator for our project, they were an invaluable resource who kept the build true to the design intent and made sure that the finished quality of the work was never compromised. We would not hesitate to use AKA for future projects and look forward to keeping in touch."

Residential Architecture, Alterations & Additions
This project involved the renovation of an existing conventional 1950s house and addition of a dining/living space, laundry and master suite. The idea for the Magill Residence was to design a light and bright living area which provides secondary light through to the existing kitchen, and an intimate and cosy master suite with connectivity to its own external space. The owner of the residence desired additional space and external living connectivity for their rapidly-growing family that incorporates a contemporary feel to their conventional 1950s house.
This project was designed in conjunction with Mosmo Living Interior Design.
