This project involved the renovation and restoration of an early 1900s bluestone dairy originally owned by Jimmy Smith. Now owned by Robyn & Noel Akmens, their dream was to rejuvenate the history of the property and to share the rich past of Port Elliot, as well as creating a unique space where Noel could showcase his custom furniture.

Budget: $350,000 – 400,000
