Residential Architecture, ALTERATIONs & ADDITIONS

This project involved the renovation of an existing villa and addition of a new kitchen, dining and living space as well as a new ensuite and robe for the master bedroom. The idea for the Clarence Park Residence was to create contemporary pods that complement the existing stone-clad villa and improve the functionality of the current home. The owner of the residence desired a communal living space that could cater to their large growing family with increased external living space and improved connectivity to their pool.
