Residential Architecture, Alterations & Additions

"Initially, we did not want to use an architect to design the extension on our existing home. We had been convinced it would not have been money well spent. AKA proved us wrong, they were professional, organised, efficient, and honest. They took on board our thoughts, needs and priorities and came up with a plan that used our existing space better than we could have ever imagined and developed a contemporary and functional home for our growing family. We know we got value for money using AKA as our architects."

Project Details

This project involved the renovation of an existing bungalow and addition of a new kitchen, dining and living space as well as new guest/ play room.  The idea for the Fullerton Residence was to create an addition that plays off the beauty of the existing house by designing a modern background that accentuates all its best assets. The owner of the residence wanted to incorporate quality materials and finishes throughout the project. They wanted to extract the highest quality and function out of the valuable, minimal space that was available.
